RETURN POLICY
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by calling 877-754-9540.
Most items in original packaging, may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned unopened and unused. This is determined on a case by case basis. The exception to this is when the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged.
To start the return process, call us at 877-754-9540 and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be included with your order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RA number.
There are no returns on equipment purchases or purchases made by Nestle Toll House Cafe by Chip store operators.
